About

Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. It can also help to reduce your risk of injury or illness in the future. It takes a holistic approach that involves the patient directly in their own care.

client care

Courtney takes pride in providing a thorough assessment, understanding every client’s story, determining the underlying cause of symptoms, and providing not only symptom relief but preventing re-occurrence. She believes strongly in providing individualised care working towards self-management and long-term injury prevention.
