Mental Health Support has come along way the last 5 years. We’ve moved beyond the stigma of mental health, and clients are proactively seeking cognitive mental support. However, we’re beginning to understand that sometimes talk therapy and cognitive support, though incredibly helpful, aren’t always enough on their own. We’re learning we need to process our stress and anxiety on a somatic level – releasing it from the body in healthy ways – completing the stress cycle.
Our speakers both have personal experiences with mental health challenges. Nicola is an osteopath, passionate about caring for each person as a whole; mind and body. She also has a history of panic attacks & hormonal anxiety. Lucie is a naturopath, passionate about utilising nature’s resoures to support clients.
Join us for an evening, as we share the latest in neuroscience and mental health support, and more importantly, how we put the best recommendations and strategies in to daily practice in our own lives.
- Learn how to complete the stress cycle
- Discuss life hacks and healthy habits (born from lived experience) to support your nervous system.
- Understand how your hormones contribute to anxiety and what to do about that.
